I can’t seem to stop thinking about the tasty dinner I had last night. Not only was it tasty, it was super healthy and stout burning too – see, its main ingredient is a rather common food, but one that is often overlooked, especially here in the U.S..
And as you read the rest of this newsletter, you’re going to like making this tasty dish yourself…and eating it of course!
What is this overlooked stout burning food? Beans & lentils
I don’t know why beans and lentils get a terrible rap or are just ignored, but you’re really missing out if you don’t include them in your diet every day.
I’m looking at a package of steamed lentils from my favorite food store (Trader Joe’s) and each serving has:
20g of complex carbs
8g of fiber
9g of protein
The key here is that along with the carbs, you get ample fiber and protein to slow digestion and the stout storing blood sugar spike. (the only issue with beans is the lack of stout, so you can fix that by adding some stout via meat/fish and/or nuts/healthy oils, etc.).
So here’s what my dinner consisted of last night (the one you can make in just a few minutes):
3 cups of steamed lentils
12 ounces of grass fed beef (more on this below)
1 bag organic frozen broccoli
1 cup organic crushed raw almonds
1 organic lemon (squeezed on for extra flavor)
I added a small unrefined sea salt to taste (this is really health).
THAT’S IT! I place it all together in a bowl (slice up the meat into bite-size pieces). This makes about 3 servings, so my whole family loved it… (my kids split 1 serving)
OK, now I mentioned grass fed beef in this recipe… well a lot of people are unaware that the difference between regular beef you find in your normal grocery store and grass fed beef is startling:
When an animal lives on a heavy grain diet, their bodies greatly reduce the production of healthy fats like omega-3s and increases the level of omega-6s (which we already get too much of). We’re talking like a 20 to 1 ratio of 6s to 3s… NOT EXCELLENT! On top of that, most of these animals are shot up with antibiotics to help their bodies deal with the high acid levels.
And WHAT’S WORSE…these animals are given growth hormones to quickly fatten them in an effort to speed up harvesting. Because of this, grain fed animals develop the heavier, marbled muscle that you find in your every day low quality meats. So the result is you are eating meat that is way too high in omega-6s, and WAY TOO LOW IN OMEGA-3s, CLA, AND VITAMINS, and LOADED WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND HORMONES.
That’s the primary reason why you should be eating meat only every so often.
BUT HIGH QUALITY GRASS FED BEEF can be eaten as a regular part of your healthy and stout burning diet.
See, the grass fed animals delight in a diet higher in protein and lower in starches. And typically get more exercise too, so you end up with a very healthy animal. Plus they are rarely if ever given hormones and there’s no need for antibiotics, of course.
Grass-fed beef is rich in omega-3s, in conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a proven cancer fighter, as well as vitamins A and E, amino acids, digestive enzymes and essential nutrients known for their antioxidant properties

Watching CARBS!!
I was shopping at my favorite healthy foods market the other day and overheard a couple of ladies talking about a particular packaged food product.
They were discussing the ingredients and then one of them says something like "well it only has 10 NET CARBS, looks good to me!".
Let me tell you, "Net Carbs" are one of the BIGGEST LIES pushed on you by the food industry these days!
Here's what "Net Carbs" are supposed to be, what they really are, and how to avoid falling for this SCAM that's keeping you fatter...
BEWARE FOOD INDUSTRY MARKETING LINGO:
The food industry likes to create fancy sounding 'buzzwords' that grab your attention...then market all of their products to you this way.
You know a little a while ago the diet trend switched from low fat diets to low carb diets. Well, the food industry giants were well aware of this and figured out a tricky little way of telling you their products have less carbs than they actually do!
Dozens of products on the shelves now are labeled with 'Net Carbs' or 'Impact Carbs'. Again, these terms sound official, but they're just made up marketing lingo from the food industry.
HOW CARBS AND 'NET CARBS' ARE MEASURED, WHAT'S THE SKINNY?
The US FDA calculates carbohydrate content for any food by subtracting grams of protein, fat, water, and ash from the total weight of the food.
The number is then listed on the food label as total carbohydrates. (this we can trust)
Food Manufacturers, however, calculate 'Net Carbs' by taking total carbohydrates and subtracting fiber, glycerin, and sugar alcohols (all forms of carbohydrates).
This 'calculation' makes it seem there are less carbohydrates in their products, and suggests that the products don't raise blood sugar and fat storing even though they do!
WHY THIS IS BAD NEWS FOR THE UNINFORMED:
'Net Carb' and 'Impact Carb' labeling has expanded to hundreds of other foods and will make you think you are eating fewer carbs and calories than you actually are.
Yeah, I would be ticked off too!
We should be cutting back or eliminating processed carbs like added sugars (fructose), and stuff like cookies, cakes, breads and pastas from refined flowers...BUT...
These unscrupulous food industry marketers would have you believe that THEIR cookies and cakes, etc. are just fine and dandy...that they are different because they have less 'Net Carbs'.
And now you know...well, that this is just a bunch of B.S.!
Alright, rant over... I hope this will help steer you clear of some of the false buzzwords out there in your efforts to live lean.
By the way, if you haven’t yet read Rob’s Fat Burning Furnace System, you need to go and do that right now.

How to Get Your Dream Body
Did you know that a heavier person’s metabolism is most likely running quicker than a lighter person’s metabolism? I bet you didn’t, it’s not something that’s widely publicized, especially by the purveyors of the latest diet fads.
A heavier person’s body has to work harder to sustain itself than a lighter person’s body, so the metabolism of the heavier person is typically elevated.
Why is this vital to know if you’re trying to lose stout, and why don’t the diet pushers want you to know this?
Well, most diets call for cutting calories and various essential foods. If a heavier person goes on a typical
diet, they’ll lose weight quick because their metabolism is running higher than the average person’s metabolic rate.
Sounds excellent, and it fools you into thinking that the diet is going to continue to work, but there are two huge problems here:
1. After the initial period of weight drop, it will become increasingly hard to lose more weight because you’re going to have to keep lowering your maintenance level of calories to lose more weight.
And when you do this, you’re just continuing to lower your metabolic rate, or your efficiency to use your food as fuel And if you start to eat any bit above that new lowered maintenance level, you will gain that weight back, and quick.
2.That initial quick weight loss is nearly always a combination of stout and lean muscle tissue. And if you lose lean muscle tissue, your automatically lowering that metabolism even more.
So the end result is that you’ve lost a few pounds of stout and muscle, and you’ve now got a slower metabolism. Do you reckon that’s going to help you get lean, strong, and healthy for life?
That’s why it’s vital to get out of the small term, quick fix, fad diet mind set and get into a way of eating that works in natural harmony with your body while engaging in brief intense resistance training.
When you make these activities habits, stout loss and overall health and fitness become a logical result of the way you
choose to live.
That’s one of the huge differences with the secrets and techniques Rob teaches in his Fat Burning Furnace System as compared to what most people are struggling with day in, day out.
Most people agonize over the terribly restrictive diets and overlong, dull workout plans and wonder when they’ll ever
start making progress.
Stout Burning Furnace readers and students can follow the roadmap I’ve laidvout for them, a ‘mapquest’ to your body, and the progress isvsimply a consequence of where that roadmap leads.
Which road would you rather be on?
By the way, if you haven’t yet read Rob’s Fat Burning Furnace System, you need to go and do that right now.
…he lost over 42 pounds of stout, really reshaped his body and dropped his waist measurement by 10 inches, boosted his
energy and health immensely…
..his wife lost 59 pounds and went from a size 12 to a size 4 (you can see her pics on the website below)…and we did it in just a few months with workouts that last just 15-26 minutes performed 2-3 times each week.
It took him years to learn all of the secrets he uses…but you can download my blueprint right now and learn them

The Mass Confusion That Dominates.............In Fat Loss & Fitness Today
People are confused more than ever about how to burn fat. They are confused about the best way to go about achieving the body they want. They are confused about what works and what doesn’t, and the reasons why. There are countless individuals slaving away in gyms and fitness centers around the country right now.
They are working tirelessly, almost every day, on the treadmill, stair-climber, elliptical, etc. to burn those calories and fat. They also might be lifting weights several times a week for hours at a time to build some strength and muscle. They might even join a few aerobics or spinning classes too.
They are probably also trying one of the latest diet strategies that promises miracle fat burning and weight loss. They could also be spending a lot of money on the latest and greatest dietary supplements that could be that miracle pill that will aid in weight loss. They are also carefully watching the scale as their main judge of fat loss progress.
If it goes up a pound or two, they may behave rashly and maybe even change up their entire workout or diet program! And of course there are others are doing variations on that same theme.
After all, this is the kind of stuff that many of the popular fitness and diet gurus typically recommend to burn fat. But with so many different strategies and plans being pushed as the be all and end all, what happens is we tend to overboard.
And when that happens, we lose sight of what really matters in achieving lifelong fat burning, fitness and health…the principles than many people don’t know about, most people have forgotten, and only a select few put to use to achieve lifelong health and fitness. These are the same principles I used to drop over 40 pounds of unwanted body fat, keep it off, and revitalize my life!
With any exercise or nutrition program, you’ll probably lose some fat initially, but far too often the progress doesn’t continue or doesn’t come as fast as the person would like because they're using a temporary mindset. They're only focused on the short term and one specific goal. So they end up switching to something else, and the cycle continues until they’ve become consumed by this cycle of confusion.
I believe that this is one of the biggest, if not the #1 reason for the lack of fat loss and fitness progress that is being experienced by the masses of exercisers and dieters in the world. They are jumping from one fad diet or exercise routine to another, while losing sight of what’s really important, and what really works.
Simply put, they are exercising far too much, not nearly intensely enough, and trying to adhere to unrealistic diet recommendations.
If instead they focused on a long term plan, a lifestyle as it’s often called, and didn’t worry about “losing 10 pounds by summer”, they would find it far easier to do the right things most of the time.
And those right things include brief, progressive, and intense resistance training, eating a diet full of nutrient rich foods, drinking tons of water, and getting plenty of quality sleep and rest. The students of my Fat Burning Furnace method understand this and are reaping the life long health and fitness rewards because of it. Are you?
